Tipsy-Lu

Tipsy-Lu is a bar waitress at a pub called the Cider Saddle. There she works and lives with her sister, Tequila Sunrise, serving all types of guests. The pub was previously owned by her parents who have now retired, leaving the two sisters to keep the family business running. Together they live in a loft atop the pub.

Tipsy uses her wings as serving trays which has helped developed her wing muscles over the years. Though she can fly as well as any pegasi her true talents in flight can only be seen once she is sloshed. It doesn't take a lot to get her 'tipsy' (unlike her sister who can out-drink any stallion) but she is at her best with alcohol in her system. Sober she is calm, sweet, and and a tad timid, however once she becomes intoxicated she is reckless, competitive, and as the patrons say, a real riot. As the night drags on she challenges customers to hoof wrestles and races for bits. Though she looses the hoof wrestle challenges more often then not no pony can beat her in competitions of intoxicated flight. Where most drunk pegasi can hardly fly a straight line, Tipsy can keep her balance and fly like a champ... of course she has had years of practice to perfect her 'talent'.

In the early hours of the morning when the last of the Cider Saddles customers stumble home Tipsy and Sunrise close the pub and take a short walk to clear their minds... Sunrise usually ends up walking back to the pub with a passed out Tipsy on her back.
